SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ranging from $0 - $499 will qualify for our flat rate shipping rate of $9.99
All orders over $500 will qualify for FREE shipping
Most orders placed prior to 1:00pm PST will be shipped the same day. However, during peak periods, this could be changed to as early as 8:00am PST. Every order, unless otherwise specified, is shipped UPS Ground. FedEx services are also available.
Claims for shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately upon receipt to insure proper claim processing. We will gladly assist in these matters in any way possible. ALL matters are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer for pick up within the state that customer resides. All firearm sales are final.
FIREARM SALES & RETURN POLICY
All firearm sales are final.
Due to federal and state regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms, including used and consignment firearms. This applies to all completed transfers.
Consignment firearms are strictly final sale. These items are sold on behalf of a third party and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances once the transfer has been completed.
In limited and exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a firearm return prior to transfer or for store credit only. If a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply to cover administrative, compliance, and handling costs. Original transfer fees, background check fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly encourage all customers to ask questions, inspect items, and confirm all details before completing a purchase or transfer. By completing a firearm purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
VLINE does not warrant or guarantee any products. Any applicable warranties or guarantees are those offered by the manufacturer. Generally however, we are willing to help facilitate a return to the appropriate manufacturer. In some cases the manufacturer authorizes The Gunfather's Shop to provide a brand new item in place of a defective/damaged item. However in many cases the manufacturers prefer to handle their own returns directly with the reseller or consumer. For specific warranty information please contact our customer service department Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
VLINE is not responsible for any freight fees, air shipping fees, or any other costs incurred during the return process. We will gladly assist in merchandise returns, either directly or indirectly, for up to 30 days from the original purchase date only.
VLINE will provide replacement merchandise for "new-in-box" defective items. This includes items found to be defective prior to use within 7 days period of receipt. All such returns must be authorized prior to return. All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. Once an item has been used, or shows signs of use, the warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer and not us.
